Rob Symondson qualified as MRICS in early 1980’s and is also a RICS Registered Valuer. He has worked in Central London and the Home Counties both in Private Practice and as a Sole Practitioner ever since. As a General Practice Surveyor he can advise on all aspects of the residential sector. He specialises in Building Surveys and Valuations for both private clients and as a consultant for major lending institutions. The property market has taken many turns since the early 1980’s and therefore his wealth of experience and knowledge can be invaluable to his clients.
